Having represented the Swedish national team and clubs such as Malmö FF, AFC Ajax, Werder Bremen, Racing Santander, and West Bromwich, he know what it takes to achieve the greatest things in the sport. Having played for clubs such as Hammarby IF, FC Groningen, and FC Midtjylland, as well as representing the Swedish national team, Petter have dedicated himself to understanding individual player development and optimizing performance in professional football.

Petter have created a platform/community designed for professional football players to monitor their performance and growth. He truly believes that the key to success resides within each player. With the right guidance and an understanding of how to replicate your performances, you can elevate your already promising career to new heights.

After many successful years in clubs such as FC Basel, RSC Anderlecht, Malmö FF and the Swedish national team Behrang Safari knows what it takes to become the best version of yourself.

He is determined to head in to the football business with a mission to change the whole industry. With a clear focus to help and develop the players, Safari now wants to be a big part of the next generation of football players from Malmö.

Compared to his other teammates in the agency, he has won by far the most titles.

With 10 years+ of experience in the creative industry, Jimmy is the creative lead of the company. His work spans across creative strategy, graphic design, branding, campaigns, sponsor- and partnerships on and off the pitch.

Currently, leading the in-house creative studio at Full Potential Agency, he has been focusing on setting up a best-in-class team to deliver engaging, innovative and high profile projects and content for the company and the players within the agency.

Youth scout / Mentor

Ylli started his career as a young player in Malmö FF and later on played for clubs as LB07 and FC Rosengård. After his active career, he became the assistant coach at FC Rosengård to later become the head coach of the club.

For 10+ years he has focused on motivating young people and football players to maximize their potential in the Malmö area.

Attorney-at-law Stefan Alvén has 25 years of experience in commercial contracts and national as well as international dispute resolution (CAS) within a sports context. In addition to nearly fifteen seasons as an elite football player (Landskrona BoIS, Malmö FF, Djurgårdens IF and IFK Norrköping), he has an extensive and distinguished legal career.

Per has a solid background in football with playing experience at amateur level in Denmark, Sweden, USA and Germany, and from roles within coaching and refereeing. Additionally equipped with a professional background within economics and law, Per is a tough negotiater always looking to secure the best deal for his clients.

With an extensive network across the globe and a sharp eye for potential, Per focuses on bridging the gap between talent and professional success.

Fredrik transitioned into the agency business after a distinguished 15-year professional career, including over 10 caps for the Swedish National Team and successful stints at IFK Göteborg and several top clubs in the Turkish Süper Lig.

He has been instrumental in executing high-profile transfers across Europe and the Middle East, representing established internationals and emerging talents alike.
